Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Accounts are for one person. Don't share your login or resell the data.

What TaxDeedRadar™ is, and isn't

We gather public records (tax suits, tax-deed applications, sale calendars, appraisal rolls) and organize them so you can research deals.
Records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and counties change their data. Check everything with the county before you bid or sign anything.
Deal scores, values, equity, flood and land checks are estimates. They aren't appraisals, title work, surveys or guarantees.
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Talk to a professional before you invest.

Contacting property owners: your responsibility

If you contact owners using TaxDeedRadar™ data, you're responsible for following the law. That includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Do-Not-Call rules (no autodialed or prerecorded calls, and no marketing texts, without the consent the law requires), CAN-SPAM for email, and your state's rules on solicitation and wholesaling. Don't harass anyone.

TaxDeedRadar™ is not a consumer reporting agency. Don't use TaxDeedRadar™ data to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing.

Plans, renewals and cancelling

The free account lasts 5 days with no card and is never charged.
Paid plans are charged when you check out. Monthly plans renew every month, and the yearly plan every year, until you cancel.
Cancel any time in one click: in the app, tap ☰ → Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Money-back guarantee: 7 days on monthly plans, 30 days on the yearly plan. Reply to any of our emails within that time for a full refund.
Each county seat plan is limited to 50 members per county.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape or bulk-download beyond the export built into the app, try to get around the free limits or locks, access other people's accounts, or use TaxDeedRadar™ for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Liability

TaxDeedRadar™ is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.
