What we collect, why, and who else sees it.

Effective September 30, 2026. TaxDeedRadar™ is a data service for tax-deed and tax-lien investors.

What we collect from you

Account: your email address, a password stored only as a salted one-way hash, the counties and plan you chose, and the dates of your free days.
Waitlists: your email address, the county and page you signed up from, the time, your browser type and your country (from your network address).
Your work in the app: saved lists, deal notes, pipeline and buyer records you create.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. We keep your plan, what you paid and when.
Network address: used briefly to limit sign-ups and failed logins from one network, which stops abuse.

Cookies, pixels and analytics

Sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in. Nothing else.
Meta Pixel: tells Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when you view a page, start a free account, start checkout or buy a plan, including the plan and price. We use it to measure and target our ads, and Meta may connect it to your Meta account. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the pixel doesn't load. You can also limit ad tracking in your Meta ad settings.
Cloudflare Web Analytics: counts page views without cookies.
Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your network address when they load.

Who else receives your information

Cloudflare: hosts the site and stores account data.
Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
Resend: sends our emails.
Meta and Google: as described above.
Tracerfy: when a member asks for an owner's phone numbers, we send that property owner's name and address to Tracerfy to look them up.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as listed here, or when the law requires it, or to stop fraud or abuse.

Property-owner data

The properties and owner names and addresses in TaxDeedRadar™ come from county public records: court filings, tax-sale lists and appraisal-district rolls. If you're a property owner and something about you is wrong, or you want it removed from TaxDeedRadar™, email alerts@taxdeedradar.com. We'll correct or remove it from our service.

Emails we send

Account emails (receipts, logins, password resets) and, if you signed up or joined a waitlist, emails about new deals, open seats and your free days. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor it right away.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it's open. To delete it, email us from your account address and we'll erase your account, lists and notes. We keep payment records where tax and accounting rules require them. Waitlist entries are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can unsubscribe from marketing any time. Depending on where you live (for example California), the law gives you these rights, and we honor them for everyone.

Children

TaxDeedRadar™ is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sign-in cookies are signed and secure-only, and member data is served only to signed-in accounts. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you.
